New England Burritos

What I truly don't understand is how new england can fail so miserably to produce acceptable mexican food. How hard is it to make a burrito? After ordering enchiladas with a verde sauce I was served chewey chicken wrapped in a crunchy tortilla and, this is the best part, topped with a sauce that seemed to be made of oregano. Oregano! Not to mention the fact that "hot sauce" has basically no meaning here. It's things like this that form my love-hate relationship with new england.
