Maladjusted
Whenever I hear the words "medieval times," and this has happened a lot lately, I think of Cable Guy. Then I laugh. A lot.
This morning I learned two things. First, taking notes for class is much different than taking notes in a client meeting. Second, the specifics of note-taking are not something you remember like riding a bike. I found myself switching from dots to lines, arrows to circles, letters to numbers, and then back again when trying to mark the beginning of each bullet point. Not to mention other questions: do you write on both sides of a piece of paper? Which words do you abbreviate? Drawings?
